Abusive Administration Subcommittee to Meet on Jan. 11 at 5 PM

Do you or have you ever worked at a school where all or some of your membership sees the UFT contract constantly violated, no matter how hard you fight? Do you see outspoken members given letters to file, weaponized observations, or worse?

For too many UFT educators, abusive administration can make work life unbearable or threaten the very livelihood of competent teachers. Our union used to collect data on this and send in swat teams to assist chapters under siege, only to inexplicitly stop and leave many chapters more or less to their own devices.

This is why New Action has created an abusive admin. subcommittee to work on ways that we can improve the lives of UFT members. Please join us this Thursday, Jan. 11, at 5:00 PM. If you would like the zoom link, please email Michael Shulman at [email protected]
