The UFT must act to expose the problem of abusive administrators!

PRINCIPAL BOST MUST GO!
NEW ACTION SUPPORTS FORDHAM LEADERSHIP STAFF!

Bost was found to have
SEXUALLY HARASSED
a UFT member under his supervision

The finding of harassment by the Office of Equal Opportunity was based on staff testimony that BOST behaved sexually inappropriately towards the woman working at the school. And there have been many more allegations since.

The Superintendent REMOVED BOST last year but CHANCELLOR KLEIN reinstated him almost immediately. Who does Bost know? Why is he so privileged?

NEW ACTION calls for the immediate firing of BOST and for an investigation into why he was reinstated.

New Action supports this demonstration on behalf of the staff. We were there from the planning stages, and are happy to be joining so many union activists today.

New Action has stressed for the past several years that there are HUNDREDS of ABUSIVE ADMINISTRATORS throughout the NYC school system. Abusive Administrators terrorize staff and destroy morale. Abusive Administrators damage the working environment and ultimately harm school children!

We call on the UFT to initiate a full CITYWIDE CAMPAIGN to rid our schools of Abusive Administrators.
Let’s fight back against the Corporate Model of workplace fear and intimidation!
BOST and other ABUSIVE ADMINISTRATORS MUST GO!

If you feel that your chapter is being abused by a principal or administrator, you should report this to your UFT District Representative. You may also communicate directly with New Action and we will raise the problem at the UFT Action Committee on which we serve. We will also support any staff who wants to picket their school.

All his personal information is under lock and key being in sealed records that even a court can not have opened.
